Official Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Just Enough Wines "Golden Ticket 2024 Rosé Launch Promotion" (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

1. SPONSOR
 This Promotion is sponsored by Just Enough Wines (“Sponsor”), 2658 DEL MAR HEIGHTS RD, 192, DEL MAR, California, 92014-3100.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD
 The Promotion begins on June 2, 2025 and ends on June 30, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time.

3. ELIGIBILITY
 The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER
 There are two ways to enter:

a. Golden Ticket Method (Purchase Required):
 During the Promotion Period, purchase a 6-pack of Just Enough 2024 Rosé on justenoughwines.com. Three (3) 6-packs will unlock a winning “Golden Ticket.” If you win, you will receive the virtual golden ticket via email associated with your order, instructions on how to claim your prize are below in section 6. 

b. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
 You may also enter the Promotion without making a purchase by visiting the following page: https://app.viralsweep.com/sweeps/full/a85aec-207378?framed=1 and completing the entry form during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

5. PRIZES
 Each verified winner will receive The Ultimate Summer Hosting Kit, which includes:

  • FunBoy Cabana Bar Floatie (approx. retail value: $79)

  • Supergoop “On the Go” SPF Set (approx. retail value: $34)

  • Bogg Bag The Baby Bogg Bag (approx. retail value: $70)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $183
Number of Prizes: 3

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
If you are a Golden Ticket winner, you must follow the claim instructions provided on the ticket to notify the Sponsor and provide proof of eligibility and compliance with these Terms. All prizes must be claimed within 14 days of discovery. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

For the alternate method of entry, potential winners will be selected at random after the Promotion Period and notified by email.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or tickets. Entries that do not comply with these Terms are void. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to participation in this Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

8. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission to use your name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation or approval.

9. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
