It’s well-balanced and ready to pair with our latest foodie obsession: scratch made pizza. While we’re still coveting a backyard wood-fired oven, we’ve been perfecting the art of rolling dough by hand and choosing toppings that pair beautifully with our pinot noir.

Classic Margherita Pizza
The red fruit, spice, and mild woody characteristics of our pinot noir pair well with fresh mozzarella and red tomato sauce — ingredients found in a classic margherita pizza.
Because this traditional recipe is so simple, we recommend using premium ingredients and fresh-grown basil from your local farmer's market.
Roasted Mushroom Kale Pizza
The rich combination of goat cheese and havarti in this recipe from Halfbaked Harvest is nicely balanced by a healthy serving of kale, mushrooms, and fresh herbs. Add a glass (and a half) of our crisp pinot noir for the perfect finishing touch.
