Rosé 7 Ways

Can you have too much of a good thing? The answer is probably yes. But it doesn’t count if you simply use that good thing in new ways, right? Naturally, we’d be content sipping on our Just Enough Rosé straight from the can all day long. But, we also see the need for some additional variety! 


So, we give you Just Enough Rosé seven ways. Seven days of the week, each day with a yummy twist on our classic rosé. Whether you’re feeling like a light and crisp cocktail, a warm fall beverage, or something a bit spicy and sophisticated, we have plenty of options for you. Try them out, share your thoughts, and let us know! 


Rosé Margarita - Serves 1

Ingredients:

1-ounce silver tequila

1-ounce fresh lime juice

1 ½ ounces simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar)

4 ounces Just Enough Rosé wine

Fresh Lime for Garnish

Salt to Rim Glass

Instructions: 

Combine silver tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Fill the shaker with  ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain all ingredients into a salt-rimmed glass with ice and slowly stir in Just Enough Rosé wine. Add lime for garnish and enjoy!

 

Rosé Sangria - Serves 6

Ingredients: 

3 cans of Just Enough Rosé wine

¼ cup brandy

1 blood orange, quartered

½ cup blueberries

¾ cup strawberries, sliced

1 lemon, quartered

1 cup of chilled club soda

Instructions:

Combine all fruit into a large pitcher or bowl. Pour in all 3 cans of Just Enough Rosé followed by the brandy and mix to combine. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Add in club soda 15 minutes before serving. Scoop some of the fruit into glasses, pour desired amount, and enjoy!

 

Strawberry Frosé - Serves 2

Ingredients: 

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup Just Enough Rosé wine 

1-ounce simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar)

Instructions:

Combine frozen strawberries and rosé wine into a blender. Puree on high until mixture is smooth. Blend in simple syrup for taste, until you have reached desired sweetness. Pour into two glasses and enjoy! 


Rosé Lillet Spritz - Serves 1

Ingredients: 

3 slices of english cucumber

2 strawberries

2 ounces of Lillet Rosé

2 ounces of Just Enough Rosé

2 ounces of sparkling water

1 lemon twist

Instructions: 

Combine 2 cucumber slices and 1 strawberry into a shaker and muddle until juices have been released. After muddled, add Lillet Rosé and Just Enough Rosé, stir, and strain into a glass over ice. Pour in sparkling water and garnish with cucumber, strawberry, and lemon twist. Enjoy! 

 

Rosé Lemonade - Serves 2

Ingredients: 

1 can of Just Enough Rosé wine

Lemonade:

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup water

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

1 cup cold water

Instructions:

Combine 1/4 cup water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Continuously stir until sugar is dissolved. Let mixture cool. Add fresh lemon juice and 1 cup of cold water to the sugar mixture and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate mixture until cold. Remove from refrigerator and mix the fresh lemonade with rosé wine. Divide between 2 glasses, serve over ice, and enjoy! 


Mulled Rosé - Serves 6

Ingredients: 

3 Cans of Just Enough Rosé wine

1 cinnamon stick

4 cloves (whole)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg

1 vanilla pod

Instructions: 

Combine cinnamon stick, ground nutmeg, brown sugar, and whole cloves into saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture for 5 minutes until sugar is fully dissolved. Once the sugar has melted, add in rosé and vanilla pod. Continue stirring, even as the sugar solidifies at the bottom of the pan. Once the sugar has melted down again, leave the saucepan to simmer for 15 minutes, and allow flavors to infuse. Remove saucepan from heat and pour into a serving vessel through a sieve. Serve either warm or cold, and enjoy!


Rosé Whiskey Sour - Serves 1

Ingredients: 

1 oz. Just Enough Rosé  wine

1 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 oz. of your favorite whiskey

A dash of simple syrup

Instructions:

Combine lemon juice, preferred whiskey, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into glass over ice, stir in Just Enough rosé wine, and enjoy!
