The wine growing region in Paso Robles is ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon as the region receives plentiful sunshine for ripening as well as cooler evenings to help retain acidity. Beautiful notes of bright red cherry, vanilla, and sandalwood are balanced by structured tannins and a long finish.
